I’ve been an RN for a few years and  Lysna now just basically changed my life. The medication reconciliation aspect of Lysna has been a game changer, we take a picture of it, we upload it. Simple. You’re done. You don’t think about it anymore. But now I can look at that list. I can pull out their meds and we can go over it there.…We get that hands-on experience and It was speeding time trying to get through the data collection, that entry part of it but now I’m actually spending that time with the patients, and being with the patients is a huge difference. Patients will tell me no one’s ever sat down to talk about this. No one ever sat down to take the time to go over these medications and Lysna has given me that ability. And so now I’ve got nurses that are staying. Since we implemented Lysna, I have not had a single nurse leave and it’s been absolutely amazing and I love it.
